Joseph said: I have a project, for school, that involves making an alternate cover for an album of my choice. I also need to make a design for the front of the CD. I am having trouble finding anything, other than actual books, to show me how to make a circular image for the front of a CD. Can anyone, here, help me with this?
Try creating a new image, then fill it with black, then use your cutouts to cut out a circle from your image, then past it in a new project
I think most photo programs allow you to cut out circular areas.

the exact oppisite usually happens to me, people end up getting mad when I ask for help, because I take their advice but modify it slightly to suit my needs, and post the results back. (shrugs) sometimes I think its best just to say "thank you" and leave it at that, but I end up speaking my thoughts which gets me into trouble I guess. Most of the time though, people just say "google for it", which gets on my nerves when people do that, I'd rather have a no response at all then to be insulted with a "just google for the answer" response. I tend to find googling fun for something constructive to do to find and learn new things, but when you really stuck and need help, googling doesn't work worth crap usually.

Spraytech said: Ignore ME ???? I'm used to it as I'm married
my wife isn't like that, but my sister is like that.. She's so self absorbed in her own problems and own little world so to speak, that she don't listen to what anyone else around her is saying.. Isn't just to her husband, but to any guy really.. its like she's so into herself that nothing else matters.
then there's my step-daughter, who gets mad at her boyfriend for every little thing under the sun.. like when he doesn't call her on the phone every 5 minutes, or if he goes someplace without calling her to tell her, even something simple like school or work or doctors appt, almost like she's overly and constantly jealous thinking that he's cheating on her whenever he leaves the house for anything. yet, she don't tell him when she goes someplace, so he calls and calls and calls trying to get ahold of her, when she just neglected to tell him she was going someplace.. so its like a double standard.. he has to "check in" but she don't, but she acts like that with us too so for her its mostly a personality disorder thing my wife thinks.
but then again, the way he talks, I can kinda understand why she acts that way.. he's just so perverted that he's got her so overly jealous and posessive of him or something, but she's not any better, as she really needs to control that temper of hers before she says something she regrets, like my step-mom used to do to me all the time as a child. Because of her temper, she turned abusive, physically abusive, she was even brought up on charges a couple of times for beating up my sister Jamie after going to school with big bruises on her shoulders and legs, which I can see happening to my step-daughter at some point if she doesn't learn to control her temper and constant nagging.
then there's this girl at work, who purposely married a guy she knew way beforehand, beat her up and stuff, just for something to complain about.. The only reason she married him in the first place, was so she could live in a big house rent free, least thats what her mom thinks, and kurlylox and I don't blame her, its like she looks for something to complain about for attention or something crazy like that.
but I could find a guy for every girl who acts like that, so I don't think its a gender thing, I think we concentrate too much on looks and end up being attracted to our total oppisite rather then our true love.. I think thats the heart of the problem in marriages nowadays. People just "settle" for that person before they even get married to begin with, hoping that their problems will just disappear after they get married, when life just doesn't work that way.. if anything problems amplify if one or the other isn't willing to come to some kind of compromise...
