I'm having trouble with crossfading from one scene to another using both Sonic's MyDVD or Nero's DVD creator. They both garble the audio 'till the crossfade is done. A sharp splice edit or a fade out to black and back again sound fine. Any ideas? You lost me Wesley?

Try not including the audio is the mixing process. Edit the video first using the audio to synch it up and then when you encode all the video remove the audio track. Once the video is encoded, splice the audio back in and reencode.

I know on mine when I was working working on the music videos it would bog down having to encode the effects and the music so I would remove the music, encode the video, then load the finished video in as a new project, add in the music and reencode. It made it smoother, I think.
